You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorised means.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that you do not have rights to share.

START provides reflective insights and growth guidance grounded in behavioural research. It is not psychological assessment, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional support. Use the insights as a mirror, not a verdict.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including text, design, models, and brand, is owned by The Human Delta and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your responses. You grant us a limited licence to process them in order to deliver the Service to you.
7. Subscriptions and payments
If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled in line with applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Human Delta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at The Human Delta's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
