START is a growth companion for young professionals, operated by The Human Delta ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use start.thehumandelta.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Assessment responses. The choices you make during the 16 workplace moments.
- Account details (if you create one): name, email, and a hashed password.
- Usage data: device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Communications you send us (e.g. support emails).
3. How we use your information
- To generate your personal growth report and coaching insights.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about updates, support, and (with your consent) product news.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract with you, (c) our legitimate interests in running and improving the Service, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI inference). They act on our instructions under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
